Terms and Restrictions
All purchases made here at ReneKunertArt.com must be by a capable person at least 18 years of age. If an underage customer makes a transaction, the person who owns the paypal account and/or bank account will be held responsible for the purchase(s) made.
All personal information provided is confidential. ReneKunertArt.com does not give, sell, or otherwise distribute personal information to third parties.
All purchases from ReneKunertArt are handled directly by René Kunert. There is no third party supplier. This store is owned by the individual artist. Please use the contact form to report any problems with your orders. Always save your receipts.
All items are hand created by the artist. Sizes and colors may vary slightly. If you are not satisfied with your products, you may contact ReneKunertArt for options.
- You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from me, at this store, may be returned.
- Item must be returned in the exact quality you received it.
Items not able to be returned:
- Digital items or downloads.
- Gift cards or Coupons.
To return items, please use the contact form. Include as much information and photos as and if possible. I will give instructions on repacking and shipping back to me.
*** Refunds will ONLY be given once I have received the artwork and/or items.
Please note, the postal service sometimes damages or misplaces items. I do not take responsibility for the postal service mishandling packages. I will, however, discuss an exchange or replacement, if I deem it fit from conversation. Please contact me if you encounter any problems with your package.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs include packaging materials, as well as postal fees.
