There was a bit of a problem with the site, recently. It was just completely broken – out of the blue, even. It took me forever to figure out what the error was… and now that I found it, here we are again! A post turned up missing, but that’s ok. I will just add it here.
I know it seems like I have been a bit scarce lately, but it’s for good reason!
We are finally getting out of Mongolia. We are going to be heading to Romania in late June. However, there will be a few stops along the way: another trip to the states (Arkansas to be precise) and a stop in Bonn, Germany. Then we will be taking a flight to our new digs in late July. I am looking forward to this one! Transylvania, here we come!
On the artistic front, I have gotten around to finally doing a few things in the middle of packing. I finished another guitar body! It will be making the trip with us to the states to get lacquered and built. I am pretty proud of this one!
I also had some time to create a few yarn projects, too. By a few, I mean tons.
First up. My youngest son had his senior prom this week. The theme was “Old Hollywood,” but items are really hard to find around here. Good thing I know how to crochet! Mom to the rescue. Unfortunately, he was the only kid on theme. Bummer… but at least he looked slick!
I also designed a new pattern for Ravelry. It was requested a couple of times when I uploaded a smaller version for just showing off. So… this is the result:
I also had the pleasure of testing a pattern for Keljcreations. A cute little flower wind spinner. If you crochet, go have a look!
That’s it for now! More to come. See you soon!
