Depression isn’t always all frowns and sadness. Some of the happiest looking people can be the most broken. This guy had a very tough life.

The stream today touched on a lot of sensitive matter. No one can judge another person without knowing their story. Sometimes, people feel like there is no other way out. It is hard to find “help” when you don’t know how to get help. And just sometimes, that help doesn’t actually help.

I am not going to go to far into it right now because this is a very touchy subject.
